Warranty & Returns Policy

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept general returns for buyer preference or buyer remorse.

Our heater pads and related products are designed for permanent installation, and once installed or used, they cannot be resold or safely reused.

If you believe your product is defective, it will be handled under our Lifetime Warranty as outlined below.


Exchanges

Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis for unused and uninstalled items, subject to approval and the issuance of a Return Material Authorization (RMA).

Installed or used products are not eligible for exchange.
Shipping costs associated with approved exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Any product issues related to defects in materials or workmanship are handled under our Lifetime Warranty.


Lifetime Warranty

Our products are backed by a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

This warranty applies for the life of the product and covers manufacturing defects that affect product performance.

The lifetime warranty does not apply to products that, in our judgment, have been damaged due to:

  • Improper handling, storage, or installation

  • Accident, misuse, or abuse

  • Modification or use outside intended applications

  • Failure to follow product instructions

Our liability under this lifetime warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product, or a refund of the original purchase price, at our discretion.


Warranty Claim Process

  1. Contact Us First
    Do not ship any product before contacting us. A support representative will assist with troubleshooting to determine eligibility.

  2. RMA Authorization
    If approved, you will be issued a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.

  3. Prepare and Ship the Product
    Securely package the product and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipment.
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

  4. Evaluation and Resolution
    Once received, the product will be evaluated and resolved in accordance with this policy.
